2. How do I place an order?

3. Do you offer delivery across the whole of the UK?

Yes, White Lion Scientific delivers to addresses throughout the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. Please note that deliveries to certain remote locations such as the Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Isle of Man and Isle of Wight may be subject to additional delivery charges and longer delivery timescales. 4. How long will my order take to arrive?

Standard orders are typically delivered within 3 to 5 working days from the date your order is confirmed, subject to stock availability. If you require your order more urgently, we offer an express next-working-day delivery service for orders placed before 2:00pm, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Delivery timescales may vary during busy periods or in circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as adverse weather conditions or courier disruptions.

5. What are your delivery charges?

We offer free standard delivery on all orders over £50 (excluding VAT). For orders below this threshold, a standard delivery charge of £6.95 applies. Express next working day delivery is available for £12.95 per order. Additional charges may apply for deliveries to remote or offshore locations. 6. Can I return a product if I no longer need it?

Yes, in many cases we are able to accept returns of unwanted goods, subject to our Restocking Returns Policy. To be eligible for a return, goods must be unused, in their original packaging and in a readily re-saleable condition. A restocking charge of 20% of the original invoiced price applies, subject to a minimum charge of £25 per return consignment. Please note that certain product types, including chemicals, hazardous materials, temperature-controlled items and customised goods, cannot be returned.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged or items are missing?

If your order arrives in a damaged condition or any items are missing, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt by emailing info@whitelionscientific.co.uk. Please retain all original packaging as this may be required when investigating the issue with our courier. Once we have reviewed your case, we will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund as appropriate, in accordance with our Returns Policy.

8. Do you supply to individual consumers or only to businesses?

White Lion Scientific primarily supplies to trade and business customers, including laboratories, universities, NHS trusts, research institutions and industrial organisations. While our website is accessible to all users, certain pricing, terms and policies are applicable to trade customers only.
